Hi everyone. It’s been a while since you’ve heard from me, as I’ve been busy working behind the scenes on some things which will help me do more of this (photography) work.
I hope you all survived the wild weather from the past few weeks … a return to winter storms in the west, tornadoes in the central states, and I guess winter weather in the east as well. And now it’s June 1, let’s see what this month bringsĀ :-D.
For your enjoyment today, here’s a shot I made while in Yosemite for a hike last weekend. You can see the famous el Capitan towering 3,000 ft over the Merced River. There are some of the ever-popular Dogwoods blooming in the foreground. The part of el Capitan that’s lit up (can just see the edge of it in this shot) is the “Dawn Wall”, like in the movie featuring Tommy Caldwell and Kevin Jorgeson .
Have a great weekend!
